Country singer Dotty
Peterson was first featured on "Breakin'
Loose",
Breakin' Loose
the fifth release
in our label's New Artist Series. Unfortunately, she
was forced to take
off much of the past few years for health reasons,
although she did return
to Nashville in November of 2007 to continue
work on her own full-length
Oat CD. Dotty is now working on getting
her voice back in
shape, and if all goes well she'll be here in Nashville
in Spring 2010 to
put finishing touches on the new album. Dotty comes
from a small (population
600) town in Minnesota, and has a down-home
style that appeals
to fans of both traditional and more modern country
music. Dotty is a
seasoned performer, and she has appeared at many
county fairs and other
events in her home region. Below, you can hear
